Reset Your Password

To Reset Your Password, simply launch the CarbonPoker Client and click the Forgot Password? link.

A new window will open asking you for which details you are missing (password, username or both), and also your First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Once the required fields are completed click "Continue to Step 2".

You will be sent an email to the address you provided that will include an activation link to retrieve your username or password. Note: This password will expire 3 hours after it was sent.

Once you have clicked on the reactivation link that was sent you via email, you will be sent to the reactivation page. Ensure the account username info is correct, change and confirm your new password.

You have now successfully changed your password.

You will receive a confirmation email of your changes and can continue on to Deposit and play poker on the industry-leading CarbonPoker software.
