1. Why can't I make a deposit?
Before you have access to the cashier email verification is needed. If you have not received the code to verify your email double check that your email provider has not marked or mislabeled emails from CarbonPoker as SPAM.
If you haven't received your email verification code, you can request a new code through the client by going to Account >> Verify Email Address >> Re-send Verification Email.
Depositing Limits could also be the reason you are having difficulties depositing. If you hit your daily, weekly or monthly limit on the depositing method you are trying to use, you will not be able to use that method and will need to use a different method such as W/U. Please click here to select your country and view its available deposit options.

2. How do I make a withdrawal?
Click on the "Cashier" tab - located in the top right corner of the lobby. You can also access the Cashier through the menu bar, located to the right of "Settings".
Click the "Withdrawal" tab
Enter the withdrawal amount, click on your preferred method, and then select "Make Withdrawal".

3. How long will withdrawals take to process?
Withdrawals by Check will take approximately 6-8 weeks to be approved from the time you submit them. After that timeframe there may be a 3-10 business day waiting period depending on the postal service in your area.
Below are the timeframes for each major withdrawal method:
Checks: 6-8 weeks
Skrill: 1-2 weeks
W/U: 3-5 days (with a maximum of 1 payout every 7 days)
Other E-Wallets: 3-5 days
The withdrawal methods offered are dependent on your country of residence.
4. Is there a minimum deposit and withdrawal?

5. What do I need to do to get my 200% First Deposit Bonus?
If a successful deposit has been made and you want to claim your Initial / Reload deposit bonus, simply follow these easy steps:
Main Lobby > Promotions > Claim a bonus > Enter you bonus code
Our standard deposit bonus offer has the following play requirements:
- When clearing your bonus, there is a minimum VIP point requirement of 150 points per $1 of bonus.
- Bonuses award cash in $10 increments, deposited into your account after earning 1500 VIP points. (150 VIP points per $1.00 paid in rake x 10).
- Active bonuses expire on withdrawal.
- Active bonuses expire on date shown in cashier, typically, 90 days after activation.
