As a member of CarbonPoker, herein "the Promotion", you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
- The Carbon "Daily Free Cash lottery" promotion will conclude Friday 1st October, 2010, at 00:00 Carbon time.
- Once the cash winnings have been deposited into a players account, they will have until 23:59 Server Time the following day (48hrs), to login and play at least one hand in order to claim their prize.
- Any free cash winnings that are not claimed within 48hrs of being issued, will be forfeited and reclaimed from the players account.
- Logins contributing to selection are based on the amount of days the player has logged in for that month.
- All cash prizes will be paid in full directly to your poker account, without any further play through requirements. Cash prizes will be available for withdrawal after 7 days of being issued to your account.
- All qualified winning players will be notified via e-mail.
- To be a qualified player you must:
- have an active CarbonPoker account
- have made at least one deposit at CarbonPoker
- be subscribed to receive CarbonPoker emails
- The bonus will require 7 days for play requirements to be completed.
- The bonus will expire if a withdrawal is submitted before the playthrough is complete.
- All players must meet CarbonPoker's Terms & Conditions, and CarbonPoker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
- Any Breach of the Terms will result in instant removal from the Promotion.
