The Main Event of the 2008 Aussie Millions has now begun! We’re on hand during the tournament to provide updates on the progress of our players, along with any notable hands played and professionals sighted!
Defending 2007 champion Gus Hansen, along with runner-up Jimmy Fricke, will be hitting the tables once more. Fricke has already won Event 3 – Limit Stud/Stud Hi-Lo/Razz, for a payday of $14,784. Other pros making appearances will be 2005 World Champion Joe Hachem, Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius, Mike Matusow and Erick Lindgren.

There will be three “Day 1″ schedules, and the official Day 2 will commence on Thursday the 17th. Blinds begin at 50/100, with 90 minute levels and a starting stack of 20,000 chips.
