At last, after a colossal effort by the Carbon Poker and Merge Gaming teams you have your VIP program and new level of gaming at your finger tips. It wasn’t all smooth running with many of the behind the scenes techies and computer wizards hard at work all through the night and the expected 3 hour downtime stretching out somewhat longer. However its smiles all round today as the changeover has been an outstanding success.

Let me just say that I can appreciate some of the changes made with the VIP program. However, it seems as though you are trying to get rid of the small money players like my self. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to play the big money tables in order to earn the new VIP points. I had the March reload bonus running as was just about complete however now due to the new point system I cannot afford to complete the bonus as it would cost essentially more than what it is worth. I presume that we small money contributors do not mean much at all, however I simply wanted to say how disappointed I am at the current changes. There essentially is no reward for someone like my self to continue playing or donating my small money. I quite enjoyed trying to qualify for the freerolls and playing in them however that now has come to an end as I will never qualify for the new weekly freeroll. Although you may not care to lose a small money player like my self, I regret that I simply cannot enjoy a site that only rewards their big money players and forgets about the little guys who play (or so it seems). I cannot speak for all the little players but I have chatted with several over the last couple of days and the consensus is pretty much the same feeling of disappointment. Unfortunately, I will no longer be depositing money. I will play out what I have left. I will then return to the previous site I was on and or will find a new site who appreciates all of their players not just the big money players. I do want to say thank you for the great game play up until April 1st; it was enjoyable up until that time.
